USC Center for International Studies and the USC Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) announce:
2008 DISSERTATION AWARDS
The Center for International Studies is pleased to announce the 2008 award competition supporting doctoral research on topics addressing international business and international economics. The awards are open to USC international studies and political economy doctoral students (students from the Marshall School of Business are not eligible).
Applications for this award must include:
• an outline of the dissertation research proposal (one page)
• a brief memorandum explaining how this award would enable the student to incorporate international business in their dissertation
• a cover-sheet including name, address, telephone, email and USC student identification number
Two awards of $1,000 each are available. Selection will be based on quality and originality of the proposals and logistical feasibility of conducting the research. Awards will be announced in April 2008.
