Patrick James wins ISA's Quincy Wright Award

The Quincy Wright Award of the International Studies Assocation is given annually to a scholar deemed by the Midwest region of ISA to have a distinguished record in research and service to the organization. This award recognizes the career of Quincy Wright, by wide agreement one of the greatest scholars of all time on the subject of international war.
